What data we process and how we obtain it

We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form on this website: your name, email address and the content of the message you send us. If we add other channels in the future (newsletter, bookings, etc.), they will be described here.

We do not use audience-measurement or analytics tools, so we do not track your browsing activity beyond what is strictly necessary for the website to function.

Purpose

  • To respond to and manage the enquiries and requests you send us.

  • To manage the commercial relationship and, where applicable, to carry out steps prior to entering into a service agreement.

Legal basis

  • Consent of the data subject, given when submitting the contact form and ticking the corresponding box (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

  • Pre-contractual measures / performance of a contract where your enquiry relates to engaging our services (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

  • Legitimate interest of Mardia in responding to and following up on your request (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention period

We will keep your data for as long as the relationship or mutual interest lasts and, once ended, for the periods legally required to address potential liabilities (generally up to [e.g. 3 years] from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period).

Recipients and data processors

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors under contract:

  • Framer B.V. — the platform that hosts the website and handles contact-form submissions.

  • [Email provider] — receiving and managing enquiries.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, international transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms provided for under the GDPR).

Please include a copy of a document proving your identity.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD)www.aepd.es.
